I felt as though my skin was not only clearer and cleaner, but more hydrated as well. The consistency of this product is more like a 'cream', versus the usual cakey-clay consistency that a majority of clarifying masks are made out of. Overall I thought this product was amazing. It made my face burn, and left my face looking red and irritated. The formula was so thin but thick at the same time… it didn't evenly coat my face and I didn't seem any noticeable results after using it once weekly for about a month. I didn't like how the mask was distributed on my face though. I have to say, I really did like the packaging, and the brush made application very easy. SOME sort of natural scent addition would be nice and appreciated!! The mask itself is a bit stinky, not like those nasty sulfur-clay-masks, but still a bit pungent. I also appreciate fragrance-free product however would have loved perhaps some sort of fruit addition to add to it's anti-oxidant properties but also to provide a bit of a scent. I generally like to leave a mask on and get chores done around the house, or pop on a mask and binge some Netflix- this mask was just a tad too runny to confidently be away from the sink for too long.
My only issues that I ran in to: being that the consistency is more 'cream' like and less like a clay, it doesn't seem to stick on your skin for an extended amount of time quite as well. As someone approaching their 30's I know how important it is to start working on anti-aging and I appreciate that this product not only treats breakouts and blemishes, but provides a nice 'drink' of hydration for your skin.
